This is a pre-requisite for ALL coaching clients, as this is used to assess your personal needs, and then form a bespoke nutrition plan to help you achieve your goals.
Consulation is by Zoom or FaceTime, and can also be used for one-off sessions if no personal coaching is required.
Following on from your initial consultation plan, you will work one on one with your coach. Your coach will carefully work with you every week to build and continually refine the strategies that will deliver the results of your personal health or performance goals.
Hopefully our courses have given you an increased understanding of the importance of proper nutrition, and how it can positively affect all areas of your life.
However, everyone is different, you are your own best expert. This difference brings an infinite amount of variables that you and your coach can talk through to plan your best approach. Maybe you're struggling with health issues or maybe you want higher levels of performance? This is where our consultation comes in! Our expert coach will assess your needs, and recommend a course of action. You can then decide whether continued one on one coaching would be beneficial, or if a framework of guidelines will set you on your way !
Your consultation will include:
A minimum of 45 minute consultation.
Assessment of diet and training history.
Managing your goals, progress, and struggles.
Guidelines and meal structure based on your preferences.
Advice on monitoring intake and portion control.
Supplement considerations and advice.
This is the chance to get the support that you need, which will be tailored to your personal health and/or fitness goals.
Weekly consultations.
Direct messaging access to coaches. (depending on package)
Continual refinement of your nutrition plan.
Weekly accountability.
Meal ideas, timing, preparation and amounts.
Problem solving the barriers that will materialise as you progress.
Periodisation
